Raspberry Marzipan Torte
Its classical European flavors make this one of our most popular selections. Four layers of yellow sponge cake are filled and frosted with a smooth, rich vanilla buttercream. Almond marzipan and fine raspberry preserves provide sweet accents to the creamy filling and add complexity to this cake. It can also be made with chocolate cake or a combination of yellow and chocolate cakes.
Carrot Cake
Our moist, rich carrot cake is made with walnuts, freshly grated carrots, canola oil, and a hint of spices. A luscious, smooth cream cheese icing covers the cake and separates the layers. Simply delicious.
Chocolate Hazelnut Torte
Four layers of chocolate cake alternate with fillings of delicate apricot preserves and hazelnut buttercream. Can also be made with yellow cake or a combination of yellow and chocolate cakes.
